[audacity4blind] 2 questions on one post

Hi All.
When I have finished an Audacity recording I want to ensure the volume of the
recording is as close to as possible a normal mp3 level. Could Anyone help at
all with this?
Also was wondering how I can copy an audacity recording to another pc, bearing
in mind there are *.au and *aup files to copy.
ny help would be gratefully received.
