Nice work!
One suggestion: normalize your voice to the level of Ava and the examples
you are playing in Audacity. I'm having a hard time hearing your voice.

This is my first completed attempt at recording a tutorial in Zoom. I have
no way to edit video so it does not sound polished. The two main ideas shown
are:
1. How to ALIGN a track.
2. How to PASTE audio into the middle of a track from a second Audacity
window.
I can clean and polish the AUDIO ONLY track if listeners would like. The
