"Bass and Treble" is still available in Audacity 2.3.3.
The Equalization effect has been replaced by two effects: "Filter Curve"
and "Graphic EQ". Presets are available in these effects under the "Manage"
button. Old custom presets are not currently supported by the new effects,
but the next Audacity release includes a tool for converting old custom
presets to the new format. Documentation for the converter will be
available in the manual.
