[audacity4blind] Audacity 2.0.3 and new effects

Hi all
Does anybody use Studio Fade Out and Adjustable Fade - the new effect in
Audacity 2.0.3?
I tried it some times, and read the manual but still don't understand clearly.
Could you share me some expiriences about these?
Any help would be appreciated.
