I just bought this laptop last end of November.
1. What sound card are you using?
It's a Real Tech sound card.
2. What screen reader are you using?
The latest JAWS 18 build.
3. After you have opened Audacity, are there any actions which always
cause Audacity to crash?
It seems random; from opening an audio file like mp3 to copying one
track in one Audacity window to another to saving a project. I get the
message that Audacity has stopped working and will be closed down.
Windows is trying to search for a solution... Close button... or Wait
button....
4. Have you tried using any other audio editing or recording software?
If there are problems with other software as well, then it may be a
problem with your sound card driver.
Yes, I've used Goldwave 5.67 all day with no problems.
