[audacity4blind] Audacity scripting/command line commands, etc.

While this might be relevant - seems like a form of add-on/plugin to then allow
audacity to react to something like command line commands, or something like
that:

Was actually just wondering about something like using chains to generate
pre-defined packages of effects, etc., and then to possibly automatically
invoke application thereof using something like command line parameters, etc.?
And, not too important, but, might turn out to be mildly useful with regards to
something else am currently working on/playing around with.
