It could be saving in the Audacity folder. If you have reinstalled or newly
installed Audacity on a new computer, it defaults there. When exporting/saving,
redirect it to the folder of your choice.

I have double-checked the file location where I want to save,
seemingly saving my file with the pitch change, but not happening.
