If you are using Audacity 2.x on Windows, Alt+H followed by down down
enter will open the Audacity user manual in your web browser.

The manual is also available on line here:
http://manual.audacityteam.org/manual/help/manual/

The keyboard shortcut reference is in the manual here:
http://manual.audacityteam.org/manual/help/manual/man/keyboard_shortcut_reference.html

Most parts of the manual can be found from links on the front page of
the included manual.

There is also a useful "FAQ" (frequently asked questions) section
