A couple of clarifications please:
In #2. I was just typing out loud when I asked this question. I realize this
is not a Presonus list.
In #3. I meant to ask: Assuming I can use the Presonus, using something
other than asio, what would be the best driver to use for the least amount
of latency?
In #5. I meant to say: Finally, This address is my new personal email
address for anyone who is interested. The Audacity list comes to this
address as well. So when writing to the Audacity list, I am happy to also
get the conversations here.

So Andrew and all,
A couple of things:
1. Now that I have this Presonus mixing board, is it possible to still
be able to use it's internal sound card? Right now I think it its set up to
use ASIO.
2. Does anyone know if this board can be configured to work with
Audacity or not?
3.Axumeing I can use the Presonus, what is the best driver to use for the
least amount of latency?
4 Any help is so very appreciated, especially when it comes to setting up
"Sounds and Audio" in the Control Panel.

The short answer is yes. Due to licensing restrictions though, there are
hoops through which to jump. I lost heart before making much progress. See
