If the first number is -10 and the second number is positive 10, and pans left
to right. If the top number is positive 10 and the second number is -10, then
it pans right to left. I may have those backwards, but just change negative to
positive or positive to negative. Zero is obviously center, so you can have an
integer all the way from -10 to positive 10 and anywhere in between.
