Today my friend has sent me a file and ask me to fix it, but I don't know that
we can do it or not. Below is a short describe.
The sound have 2 part, 1 is very good quality, and 1 is bad. Please listen to
the atachment. So I'd like to ask you that:
with the example in this e-mail, can I make the quality in the second part same
as the first part? and how to do it?
