It's only useable for those who build Audacity themselves. (Jaws scripts end in something like *.jss) The idea is to integrate the changes in the normal release of Audacity. However, it won't make it into Audacity 2.1.0 (middle of January). I can't present it to the developers without any feedback from other IV users. So, please be patient.
