There is an effect that attempts to remove the vocal track from an MP3.
However, it has been my experience that this effect does not work all that well
nor does it work all that well in gold Wave and other like audio editing
software packages. by the time you have removed the vocal track, the song is so
horribly distorted it is not worth the effort.
