[audacity4blind] Music Produced with Audacity

When I go to the Spotify edit search box and enter this name:

Rich DeSteno

I get results of the three albums and the songs within those albums, so I don't know what you may be doing wrong.

Rich, I have just improved your Spotify stats.  Interesting, well arranged music which demonstrates what can be done with Audacity.

Vitor, by all reports Protools is very good and very expensive. Only available on Mac I think but may be wrong.  Talk of Adobe Audition causes me to become very grumpy.  Some years ago Adobe bought a great piece of software called Cool Edit which worked as both a stereo editor and a multi-track recorder.  The stereo side was very screen reader accessible and the multi-track side could be used with some familiarisation.  Adobe turned that software into something that is completely inaccessible to screen reader users.

One thing Audacity lacks compared to other DAWs is non-destructive editing.  What it has in its favour is impressive ease of use with the capacity to produce anything from a simple recording to sophisticated audio.  Oh and there is the very good documentation for those who care to read it (smile).  And it is free!

If you want something that offers more facilities without costing vast sums of money, check out Reaper at https://www.reaper.fm/. To use it with a screen reader you will also need the OSARA plugin at https://osara.reaperaccessibility.com/ and be prepared for a steep learning curve.

I have recorded many original  songs by multitracking in Audacity.  I have released three albums worldwide of these recorded songs.  You can hear them on iTunes, Amazon Music, Spotify, Deezer, You Tube and other places.  Search for my name as follows:

Rich DeSteno

You should be able to find them and hear the product of these Audacity recordings.
