Hi All, Since Rick mentioned it I'm wondering if anyone has had any success
with Dell Premium Support. I'm sure they are very helpful for the sighted
but I find them totally clueless as far as working with a blind customer. I
even suggested that they train at least one technician the use of the three
most popular screen readers to deaf ears. I' tried many times and never
successfully set up a screen sharing session for their website is
inaccessible and they were unable to talk me through it without saying click
on this or that up in the corner. So, I like the product just fine just
not the support. Microsoft Answer desk is the best. Steve
