[audacity4blind] Problem in installing Audacity

Hi All:
I'm a regular user of Audacity.
Recently, I had to replace my hard disk. When I tryed to instal Audacity from
the source forge website, it says that the installation is successfully
completed. But when I launch the program after that, it says some thing like,
the application could not be launched due to improper configuration. Restalling
the program may solve this problem.
I tryed installing it many times & also tryed with different versions from the
same website. But getting the same error dialog each time.
Any solution?
Would greatly appreciate your help in this regard.
