Hi
Answer your first question:
To remove noise, do the folowing step
1. select the part just contain the noise. It usually at the begin or end of
file
2. Menu effect ->noise removal.
3. A dialog appears, press Alt+g to activate the get noise profile button.
4. select whole track you want to remove, then activate noise removal again.
5. When its dialog appears, find and activate the OK button.
tips
1. After getting noise profile, you can select whole track you want to remove
noise, then press ctrl+r to remove noise imediately. However, I've never
compared this with the method above.
2. When record, put about 10 seconds at the begin or end of track to easily
remove noise.
