Hi Anders!

Yeah you're doing it almost correct. However if you're using Voiceover on your 
Mac you have to note that you could end up with no speech at all if you do 
something wrong in the proces of getting your stream through to Audacity.
If you want to record easy you better buy Audio hijack pro. This program is 
certainly the best for you to use. The Soundflower-extension is nice, when it 
works. But I have tried when it didn't and that was a horrible situation.
If you still want to use SoundFlower, please keep in mind that it might be a 
good idea to have a USB-headset or any second sound device where Voiceover can 
speak through. Then you wan't loose the speech.
