Ooh, neat. I always love to help youngsters find their way to a productive and
rewarding career...
I'm not a musician or a professional audio engineer so, if you don't get
responses from the fine folks on this list
Make sure to ask on the Midimag, Reaper, and Samplitude lists. There are a ton
of professional musicians and audio engineers on those lists.
Best of luck to you and your students,
David

Subject: [audacity4blind] Seeking audio engineers and musicians
Greetings,
I am a Life Skills teacher at the New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually
Impaired. During career exploration week, I would like my high school students
to interview a successful blind/visually impaired professional in their career
interest fields. I have a student who would like to become an audio engineer
and learn more about programs, including Audacity. I also have a student who
would like to be a professional musician. Are there any audio engineers or
musicians who would be willing to have these students ask you a few questions?
I, and the students, would appreciate it.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Craig Cooper
