[audacity4blind] Split track

Hi,
This is a follow up question. Before I asked how can I separate the left and
the right hand if I am listening to a piano instrumental using audacity.
Someone suggested that I should split the track. How can I play the separated
tracks and how can I navigate between the two?? I don't know how to split track
and play each track properly. Please help.
