Hi
This means all tracks in the project will be synchrrnize. For example, if I
record a podcast, add intro, out tro but when listen for the last time, I see
that is a silence need to remove in the voice trac. Turning on sync lock track,
I can select that part and delete without re align the music.
Hope that help you because I have a little confustion in describing it in
English.
