[audacity4blind] Which of my downloaded Lame Encoder package for Mac?

I have more than one Lame Encoder file downloaded to my Mac, so, I’d like to 
know which, if any, I should use?  Here are the names:

Lame-3.99.5.pkg

Lame.pkg.tar archives
