Hi Scott,
the only way I can think of tidying up the plugins would be to delete the
configuration files for the plugins, though this would mean that you would
loose all your current settings.
With Audacity not running, go to Audacity's configuration files:
1. Open windows/file explorer, and press alt+d to move to the address bar.
2. type in shell:appdata, and press enter. (Note there are no spaces in
shell:appdata). You are taken to the Roaming subfolder of your appdata
folder.
3. In the Roaming folder, open the Audacity folder.
4. Delete the two files pluginregistry.cfg, and pluginsettings.cfg
Note if may be possible to delete just pluginregistry.cfg, and keep some of
your settings, but I'm not sure, I'd have to check the code to see if this
is the case.

My question is, is there a way to permanently delete the entries from
disabled and duplicates of other plugins that I've got? The .dll files are
no longer there so I'm not sure why certain items are still showing up,
even under disabled. I want to make my plugins folder list and all it's
