Hi
when you want to do something such as edit, or add effect, you must select
the part, or the whole track you want, then perform it. To select all
track, press ctrl+A. To select a part of track press left and right bracket
where left bracket the start, and right bracket the end of selection.
Finally you must select the track before doing the step above. To make sure
the track is selected, press insert+up arrow. If your screen reader says:
track name select on, then you've selected the track. Otherwise press enter
to select it.
