Hi, Mayrie, I talked to Ann Parsons who says I should arrow to the book
then tab over and hit open. This book will not be checked in because an
error report message pops up, but I have no clue about the nature of the

Hi Kim,
Yes, once you find the file on your computer, you hit enter on the file
name to tell the acceptance process to act on that book.

Hi, I'm trying to check in a book and am getting an error message that I
don't know what to do about. I'm feeling very unsure of myself with the
procedure? Any help in knowing how to upload would be appreciated. I can
get as far as selecting a book (i.e., using the ctrl+Shift keys with my
left hand and the right arrow key with my right hand), but I have a
sneaking suspicion I'm forgetting something. Do I press Enter when I get
to the book? I want to send this up and I feel my brain has temporarily
turned to Jell-O. Thanks for leading me from the wilderness to the
