I am proofreading a devotion for Christmas and have come across an issue I
don't know how to handle. The pages in the book are numbered, but there are
blank pages that are not numbered. If I number the blank pages, the numbers
in the book will be out of sync with the table of contents, but the
proofreading manual says every page should be numbered including blank
pages. How should I handle this? Thanks for your help in advance.
