So, I assume you will be giving a link for this manual. I use the bookshare website but don't know anything about accessing a wiki. How long will people have to respond?

Bookshare Volunteers,On Saturday morning we will "freeze" a revision of the online volunteer manual for your comment.By freeze I mean that Rick Costa will take a short break from writing to post the most recent version to the wiki. That will allow us all to read it together, make suggestions, and quickly move on to a rewrite.A few notes on the process. We are looking for feedback on: Relevance of the information The logic of its organization Readability Accuracy Adequacy of the descriptions for print-disabled volunteersNotice that accessibility issues such as creating DAISY and BRF copies will be addressed after editing further. Please pass this information on to volunteers who you know who have unsubscribed but may wish to contribute their insights.Scott Rains Benetech Fellow, Bookshare Volunteer Department ________________________________________ To unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxput the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line.
