I can rescan if no one else does.

As my library has a copy.

But indeed let's try to track down the submitter if that is possible.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] A book that should be on the fair list

Hi folks,

I just downloaded A Brief History of Time, the Updated and Expanded Tenth
Aniversary Edition by Steven Hawking. It's desperately in need of a rescan.
It's quite bizarre, actually--it looks as if somehow all the formatting and
text and color markup got incorporated into the text of the book. That is,
names of colors and various other formatting cues are scattered throughout
the book. There's so much gibberish and junk it's virtually unreadable.

Anyway, could it be added to the fair list for some intrepid rescanner to
rescue?

Gently they go, the beautiful, the tender, the kind;
Quietly they go, the intelligent, the witty, the brave.
I know. But I do not approve.
And I am not resigned.

there is a crack in everything,
that's how the light gets in.
