Liz, I'm guessing you worked on the book in Kurzweil. Take your first copy (not the second one you generated) open it in Microsoft Word and resave it. BookShare tools are extremely picky about what they get, resaving it will cause Word to generate an updated copy the system will like. I changed the file name slightly, thinking that was the problem, but it still didn't work. I copied and pasted the file into a new file and saved it as RTF, thinking perhaps the problem was with the original file. the copy is 30 or so pages longer than the original, and I don't know why that is, either. I'd like to upload the original file if I can, but I don't know how to fix the problem I'm having. I'm not sure if looking at the file would help determine what could possibly be the issue or not. I'd hate to reject the book as it's a very pristine scan. Any help or suggestions is appreciated. Feel free to write me off list.
