Elizabeth, I have had a response from John by either phone or email within hours of writing to him during the week. In his last email, he mentioned actively working on site improvements and that he reads this list but sometimes gets a day or two behind. When we've spoken by phone, he has always been aware of what's going on with this list and of the issues being discussed. My experience with John is that he will respond to a direct question or when he's able to take action on something. Have you tried contacting him recently?
