I would rate it Adult! If it only had "low graphic sex with humans" I wouldn't 
but would put that in the long synopsis, but with everything else you describe 
I would rate it Adult--*and* put the description you in the long synopsis. I 
accept adult books but I don't think I'd care to read that one. smile
