[bksvol-discuss] Advertisements at the end of a book

Hi folks,
I just finished scanning, with Openbook 7.02, a Doctor Who book for myself,
and thought I would also submit it to bookshare. But, at the very end of the
book is a page of nothing but advertisements for other Doctor Who paperback
books, many of which are out of print these days. So, should I leave in
these advertisements or would it be ok to remove them before submitting the
book to Bookshare?
