Amber:

If u use kurzweil, go to settings, then reading, & tab to where it
says punctuation marks will be spoken. The default is some. Change it
to all using your arrow keys. You can either do it on the fly when u
start a validating session or make it the default by saving your
settings as default. Then u could make another settings file, called
reading, for example, in which punctuation is set to some or none when
you're using k1000 for pleasure reading. Or u could save the settings
file & call it validate & just load it at the start of a validating
session. Kind a depends on how u use your k1000 most often.
