Someone suggested that this book be added to the wish list, which is
a great suggestion. It would be great for the collection. As a
point of interest, though, I thought someone might like to know that,
in spite of the fact that it is a 2007 book, it is already available
from NLS, both as three cassettes and as a digital download.
