I could be wrong, but if it's already on the site, how would it be improved? It
would have to be resubmitted, I would think, unless the administration could go
in and fix the file, but then, that's what validators do...fix the files, if
need be, before they're placed in the administrative pool. The administration
does so much already that I don't know how practical it would be for them to go
in and do all that to a file that already exists. If the one being validated is
already of a better quality, it would be easier to just get rid of the one
already there and let the new one take its place. Take care.

The point of my message was for the person who may be editing the
Unfinished Life to check it against the copy on bookshare to see which one is
of better quality. I know who validated the existing copy, and he did some
cleaning up, including adding missing pages.
Yes, the Hearing is already on bookshare. However, the copy that I am about
to upload is of better quality then the one on bookshare which is the reason
that I am approving it and asking that it replace the existing copy. Even
before I cleaned up The Hearing a bit, it was already of better quality than
the one currently in the collection.

I noticed this book on the list for admin approval/being edited. There
is a copy already in the collection. I think it's rated excellent. So the person
