Hello fellow Bookshare Volunteers,
The titles above were checked out yesterday from our local library and I
plan to scan very soon. Likely start today. I have a bit of time this month
and plan to use some of it to scan some books found on the BOOKSHARE WISH
LIST. I noticed a huge number of titles of children books by author JANE
YOLEN.
Our local library had nearly 100 of titles by this author. My wife and I
took the titles listed on the Wish List, along with a list of titles in the
Bookshare collection. (There's about 25 titles currently in Booskhare-- none
of them appeared on the Wish List - congratulations for keeping this Wish
List so up to date! A few years back I recall myself and some others
winding up with some duplication of submissions.)
I also double checked for these above 10 titles on the Books In Processing
list.
Anyone who has preference for one I should do first?
Write me directly if you can. I don't always get to read all the discussion
emails.
I've been off list for awhile so am not up to date with everything going on.

Well, sure, okay. There is stuff that might be more fun. But this is neat,

PS - In addition to just wanting to help with all these on wish list, I am
acting a bit in self interest, as my anniversary date for dues comes up
April 11, and I am about halfway there. If I don't make it, I have no
trouble paying. It's just a personal goal. I really love what I get from
Bookshare, and like to able to share what I can do, too. So any validator
who wants to do some of these, why thank you much in advance. BTW, I have 2
titles up there now on the Step 1 page .... Darkest Before Dawn,
(non-fiction), Circle of Quilters, a recent Elm Creek Manor series novel.
