I agree. From my understanding, in order for the program to work correctly the headers have to be normalized anyway. So, why not strip the headers manually, leave the page numbers alone, and stop utilizing the automatic stripper. As I mentioned before, there at least 3 books in the collection that are useless because the page numbers were stripped.
