Hi. Will it be okay to just respond to one invitation? Or should we respond to both, since we have two different addresses? I'm looking forward to this.

Thank you.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Beta testers for the new site

Dear All,

The much-awaited new Bookshare.org site is just around the corner! But
before the new site goes live, we want to give representatives from our
volunteer community a chance to preview it and offer their comments and
feedback. To this end we are inviting you to be a part of the beta
testing that will happen this week. We are sending this special
invitation to the volunteer list because of your familiarity with the
volunteer process and your demonstrated commitment to Bookshare.org.
Many of you are both members and volunteers and will be uniquely placed
to test both those aspects of the site. Because of your dual roles, you
may receive two invitations to help with the preview.

Those of you who are interested in being a part of this phase, and can
commit to:
1. at least four hours of testing
2. timely documentation and submission of your feedback by January
6th

please send an email to volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx confirming your
participation .
We will send testing instructions within the next couple of days to as
many interested volunteers as we can accommodate.

Looking forward to working together on this exciting new milestone.

Warm regards,
Pavi
