Speaking of books on animals, when I was a little girl, I read books from
the Christian Record Braille Foundation by a man named Sam Campbell. I
haven't done any looking for his books yet from any of the print markets--I
know he's not on Bookshare and I am almost certain he's not on NLS. But he
and his wife Ginny were naturalists and lived in the Canadian Wilderness,
and had contact with all sorts of animals from skunks to bears. The books I
think took place in the late 50s. If anyone can find them to scan, I'd
happily validate since they brought me great joy as a young girl.
