Hi all,
Um, I was thinking about my compliments to Lissi, and I realized that
maybe some of you looked at my message and grumped, "What's wrong with
her? Can't she spell or what? What does she mean filking?"
I should have explained. Filking is taking a well-known song, usually
a folk song, and putting new words to it. It's a term that came out of
Science Fiction convention lore. Again, sorry for not explaining
before. I'm usually more careful than that. I figure Lissi knew what
I meant, or if she didn't Evan did. However, that didn't take in the
rest of you.
