Hi Jackie, I have IE7 here and have never had trouble downloading books from Bookshare, even though I haven't added it to my trusted sites. I know it has more stringent security settings, but I haven't played with the defaults and I don't have any trouble. So I figured that if she reset to the defaults, it might work for her.
