Hi,

I didn't know that windex wasn't recommended. That's what I have used for years. I just spray a little in the middle of the glass so it won't get under it and spread it with my hands and then use a paper towell to dry it. I'm sure a lot of folks will cringe at that but as I say I've done it for years and have never had any problems.

Was told Newsprint paper, without the writing on it is good, but what is the
preferred method for maintaining a nice clean glass especially with old
books being on it.
