Hi,
I didn't know that windex wasn't recommended. That's what I have used for
years. I just spray a little in the middle of the glass so it won't get
under it and spread it with my hands and then use a paper towell to dry
it. I'm sure a lot of folks will cringe at that but as I say I've done it
for years and have never had any problems.

hey you all got some pointers on what to use to clean scanner glass. It is time for a cleaning, and well, I lost the information on how to do it, smile.
Thanks you all, I do remember that Windex isn't recommended. So what can I use.
Thanks you all.
Was told Newsprint paper, without the writing on it is good, but what is the preferred method for maintaining a nice clean glass especially with old books being on it.

If a friend is in trouble, don't annoy him by asking if there is anything you can do. Think up something appropriate and do it.
