Thanks, Shelley. (smile) I really appreciate your help and
willingness to give this a try. I don't know how the scans would
turn out, but I think there's enough written information to help
blind people learn about what we look good in. NLS recorded the
original Color Me Beautiful on cassette, so I know there are words to
go with the pictures. The recording is so old that my NLS library
doesn't have it. I ordered it from the Atlanta Branch and got a tape
that was too muffled to understand and that started playing backward
shortly after I put it into the player. It's around 25 years old, so
I guess that's to be expected. I was disappointed though. Anyhow,
they're working on getting a replacement that would help me validate
a scanned book. Since this title isn't easily available to many NLS
users, it ranks on my list of books that aren't accessible at the moment.

Well, I found both titles at my library. So if they are on the shelfs I will bring them home today.
