See, Gary? That's why I had downloaded them for validation--because I think there are a lot of people who want to read these books and not so many who want to re-scan, including me. I;d rather fix "fair" books than re-scan, especially because when I scan I pre-validate. it takes much more time for me than just fixing a book Ienjoy reading. Boy, are you lucky!! I was about to say Sorry, you made your bed ... (smile) because I'd trashed my folder, but I remembered one other possible place and sure enough, the folder with those books is still there. So I will take them off of your hand and will do them as I have time (especially since they're' not on the page one validation page and so don't have to be renewed every week.) And you don't even have to pay me a hot fudge sundaefor it, because you've been kind enough to scan the other books and other books I've requested. One good turn deserves another (smile). My mother used to have a saying, "Don't bite off more than you can chew," Anyway, enough gloating--for which I apologize.
