Hi all,
I've been following the posts over the last few days and had several
conversations with folks off line, thank you.
I would agree with Sandi - if you have concerns, complaints or issues that are
directed at a particular person, please either write that person directly (off
the list), or contact Carrie, myself, or Madeleine to help you trouble-shoot.
For example, if you don't know who is proofing your scan and it's been out for
a year, we can put them in touch with you and/or let them know your concerns
(mediate a conversation) and try to move things along.
Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by life circumstances right now (I'm a
member of that club myself), and we all need to be very gentle with each other,
and value the contributions each of us makes. I understand your frustration,
but would ask that as a community, we respect and nurture each other and most
of all, give each other the benefit of the doubt. And remember that Bookshare
staff is here to help and connect you with each other when needed. Thank you!
