Yes, it's the second book which is the real killer. It is called
"Re-imagining Spiritual Formation," by the way. I hadn't thought about the
copyright applying to format. I suppose my "out" is that the author suggests
the various methods of reading. It's just too weird to read it as the
scanner originally presented it. Visually you would know how to find the
continuation.
