I have had enough feedback so I will take on The Book of Jewish Food : An Odyssey from Samarkand to New York : With more than 800 Askenazi and Sephardi Recipes by Claudia Roden I repeat the title here so that there be no mistakes or that somebody else does not start scanning without warning me. . If anyone else wants to do it fine but let's make sure 2 people are not working on it. I will be happy if when I am finished someone wants to validate but it will be a while before I get to it. If someone wants to scan it let me know before I start please. It is over 600 pages with stories and history in between recipes. I look forward to it and am glad a lot of people want me to do it so I may start while also working on other books. Thanks for the encouragement. Amy
