Hi, Valerie, in the paragraphs giving instructions, are there numbered steps or are there little tags like: Adding Wet Ingredients: Frying the chicken: that sort of thing? The red dots wouldn't mean anything to me but numbered steps would provided they're in the printed text. It appears to be an exceptional scan, especially for a cookbook. I think the scanner is totally blind, but she did something amazing, if so, that I think is very helpful, but different from the print. In the print, the directions are in a paragraph with red dots between each direction, upwards to ten or more in a paragraph. Anyway, it appears at least as far as I have looked, that she put a paragraph break in place of each dot, making it more readable. I am highly inclined to retain that since it is visually MUCH easier to follow. If I do, though, how to indicate the print paragraphs, a single asterisk? Also, there are tons of gorgeous pictures, but will everyone be heartbroken if I stick to the cookbook part since it is like 372 very large pages? Or, if we split credit, does someone want to do picture descriptions? I would love to get this up before Nichole has her surgery and pictures would be out of the question in that time frame.
