Right. I downloaded the file. It is incomplete;    
Only has Preface, pages about the Geza Vermes, contents. About
Penguin Books, occasional other pages. I will reject it with an explanation of 
what it's missing and about what I found about the real The Dead Sea Scrolls In 
English, tr. by vermes and published by Penguin Books; it's 648 pages (though 
there is an edition that's only 300+ pages.
