[bksvol-discuss] Devil Creek Crossfire seems to have blank pages

Well, I am validating again. This time I need someone with the paper book to
tell me if the pages have a footer with the author's name or if the author's
name is a header. Also, it looks like but I am uncertain if the book title is
a page header or a footer. About every other page the author's name and the
title appear immediately one after the other.
I just need to know where the page breaks are supposed to occur.
